I don't mean to label anyone. You may identify as a tomboy but not as nonbinary or vice versa. However, while I always knew I was a tomboy, it took a reader calling the main character of my novels "gender confused" to make me realize that I am, in fact, nonbinary.

So I leave this thought here, in case you needed to hear it.

Unveiling layers of your identity is incredibly validating and reassuring.  You got this!
